Extraordinary impact takes clarity, courage, and a willingness to think differently. Many organisations—especially those working for social good—have this ambition, but not always the resources to invest in long-term strategic support. At the same time, I believe deeply in the value of showing, not just telling: demonstrating how a different approach to strategy can unlock meaningful change.

Over the coming months, Free-Range is offering to partner pro‑bono with a few organisations who are ready to engage deeply with the approach I set out in my recent blog:

  • being clear about their direction and narrative,

  • developing insights through thoughtful reflection and honest interrogation of assumptions,

  • designing coherent actions grounded in that insight, and

  • stepping forward bravely to learn their way towards greater effectiveness.

This is not a workshop, a programme, or a consultancy project. It is an accompanying relationship—a commitment to think, design, act, and adapt together over time. My request in return is a willingness to share the story of the journey as we go: the challenges, the breakthroughs, the learning, and the impact that emerges. These stories will help others understand what is possible when an organisation chooses to work with clarity and courage.

We are offering this because we want to support organisations who are striving to make a real difference—and to generate genuine, grounded case studies that show how this approach works in practice. If your organisation is ambitious for impact, open to honest reflection, and ready to step out bravely, I’d love to explore whether we’re a good fit.

If this resonates, please get in touch. Let’s see what extraordinary impact we might create together.
