A Pro‑Bono Offer for Organisations Who Think and Act Bravely

Extraordinary impact takes clarity, courage, and a willingness to think differently. Many organisations—especially those working for social good—have this ambition, but not always the resources to invest in strategic support.

Over the coming months, Free-Range is offering to partner pro‑bono with a few organisations for who this is really the right time for a re-engagement with your strategy, adapting it to our rapidly changing times. In our recent blog post 'strategy with courage' we set out some of the 'anchors' of our approach:

• being clear about their direction and narrative,

• developing insights through thoughtful reflection and honest interrogation of assumptions,

• designing coherent actions grounded in that insight, and

This is not a workshop, a process or a programme. It is about accompanying you through a commitment to think, design, act, and adapt together over time. In return we hope to be able share some of the story of the journey as we go: the challenges, the breakthroughs, the learning, and the impact that emerges.
